They partner closely with families to understand each child’s unique needs and provide the individualized attention toddlers need to thrive. Our classrooms are warm, supportive communities where children feel safe and loved.
HIRING PRACTICES
Individual Interviews: Each teacher and staff member undergoes a thorough interview process.
Reference Checks: Three references are checked and documented for each candidate.
Preferred Experience: Experience working with children is preferred for all positions.
Background Checks: All staff members complete background checks, including fingerprinting through a national database.
Licensing Compliance: Teachers and staff meet state licensing education requirements and Paths to Quality standards.
